Prices

Being a mother myself, I find it unfair to increase prices during the vacation season. Therefore, our prices are based on real effort, i.e. number of persons and rental period.

All-year basic price per day, including all costs such as electricity, bed linen and cleaning (1x weekly incl. bed linen + towels + final cleaning).

up to 2 persons: 200 €

up to 4 persons: 220 €

up to 6 persons: 240 €

For bookings of more than 2 weeks: -10 % / For bookings of more than 3 weeks: -15 %

The deposit payment, needed for a fix reservation, is 30 %.

All taxes and the environmental tax to Greece of € 15,- per night are already included in the price

Cancellation terms

The "normal" cancellation conditions are:

Up to 8 weeks before arrival: no charge.

Until 6 weeks before arrival: 50%, after that 100%. We always try to re-rent the house and if we succeed we will also refund the costs after that.
